Project Overview:
Commissioned by Aesthetic Conversion, this project focused on a complete UX/UI redesign for TITAN Aesthetic Recruiting, a prominent nationwide powerhouse in medical aesthetics talent acquisition and business consulting. The primary design challenge was to take a multi-faceted B2B and B2C platform—which caters simultaneously to medical practices seeking elite talent, and to healthcare professionals transitioning into the injector field—and streamline it into a unified, clean, and highly professional digital experience. The design process began with deep-dive wireframing to map out distinct, frictionless user journeys for both employers and providers. Moving into high-fidelity Figma designs and interactive prototypes, the new interface replaces traditional, dry corporate recruiting layouts with a modern, high-end aesthetic that project authority, trust, and premium industry specialized expertise.
